History

This 35-year-old woman has a 5 year history of an intensely itchy rash on her limbs. Strong topical steroids have not helped and she finds it virtually impossible to stop scratching.

There is no medical history of note and she is generally healthy. She takes no medications and there are no known allergies nor allergic contact factors. She runs her own business but does not feel that she is under any stress.
