History
A 51 year old man has a 2-year history of recurring blisters on his
hands. He works as a motor mechanic and has a history of hypertension
for which he takes a thiazide diuretic.
He is generally well, there is no history of atopy, and he has no known
allergies nor rashes anywhere else.
