History

A 5 year old boy presents with a 1 day history of a facial rash. This has become more prominent and extensive today and there appear to be new red spots on his upper arms. He is otherwise well, has a normal appetite and is afebrile. He attends kindergarten and his younger sister and other family members are well. In the past week he has been helping his father in the garden. There is no other relevant past history.
