History

A 36 year old office worker has a 12 week history of a rash around and over his left ear. This has been spreading and becoming increasingly irritating despite twice daily applications of Kenacomb Otic ointment. He has a long history of mild dandruff, controlled with an antidandruff shampoo, and occasional rashes around the nasolabial folds and eyebrows, which haven't annoyed him enough to warrant treatment, however, he is otherwise in good health, with no history of serious illness, and there are no known allergies nor rashes anywhere else.
