History
A 28 year old teacher has a 9 month history of an intensely itchy rash
over the flexural aspect of his right ankle.
The irritation is particularly troublesome in the evenings, and did not
respond to hydrocortisone 1% cream. He is generally in good health, with
no history of medical illness or previous skin problems, and there are
no rashes anywhere else. There is a family history of psoriasis (father)
but nobody else in his family has any skin problems.
