History

A 26 year old woman presents with a three month history of an asymptomatic rash over her legs. She also has a 12 month history of an asymptomatic rash over her upper back and has noticed mild dyspnoea on exertion for several months, however she is otherwise in good health. There is no history of serious illness, she takes no medication and has no known allergies. There is no history of other rashes apart from about 3 years earlier, when she was troubled for several months with a recurring, tender eruption over her legs.
